About Us
We are the Christian Education Society of Mebane. The Society was formally constituted in 2005 as a 501(c)3 charitable corporation in the state of North Carolina that has as its purpose the establishment of a Christian and Classical school in Mebane, NC. We are associated with the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS).
There is a de facto association with Grace Reformed Baptist Church, (i.e. each board member attends that church and the academy will use their facilities for the first few years). However, it is not a church school and will not be operated by the church itself. We are currently working to create relationships with the other local churches in town with the goal of serving the Mebane community.

Our Vision
THE VISION of the Christian Education Society of Mebane : Lord willing, we will see a classical Christian school in Mebane. We will see parents well equipped to obey God in their role as educators, and also see families in Mebane, who don't have access to a godly and academically rigorous education, sufficiently supported. The desired education will be a return to a classic liberal arts approach that is grounded in a biblical Christian worldview. It will aim to develop godly students who are equipped in the totality of their person to serve God with greatest usefulness in any field.
Our Mission
THE MISSION: To accomplish this vision, the Christian Education Society of Mebane will:
- Meet to pray for God's blessing on our labors.
- Establish and support a K-12 classical Christian school.
- Establish and maintain a fund to support the society's vision and make a superior liberal arts education accessible to all those who desire it.
- Promote its vision of a classical Christian education through lectures, discussion groups, etc.
- Provide resources and information supporting its goals.
